ORDINANCE NO. 78-36 <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida,.did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the <br />hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing <br />in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, <br />and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, <br />to -wit: <br />Begin at the SE corner of the NE14 of Section 31, Township 33 S, <br />Range 40 East, run West 285' to Point of Beginning; thence run <br />North 859.03' to the South right-of-way line of existing State <br />Road Outfall Ditch; thence run West along said Outfall Ditch <br />right-of-way a distance of 302'; thence run South 419.03'; <br />thence run 340' in a generally Westerly direction; thence <br />generally Southeasterly on a line parallel to the East right- <br />of-way line of U. S. Highway #1 a distance of 490' to the South <br />line of the NE, of Section 31, Township 33 S, Range 40 E; thence <br />run East a distance of 482' to Point of Beginning, said land <br />lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from R -1A Single Family District to R-1MP Mobile Home <br />Park District. <br />AND <br />Begin at the Southeast corner of the NE -14 of Section 31, <br />Township 33 South, Range 40 East, run West 767' to the Point <br />of Beginning. Run generally Northwesterly on a line parallel <br />to the East right-of-way line of U. S. Highway #1 a distance <br />of 490'; thence in a generally Easterly direction run 340'; <br />thence North 419.03' to the South right-of-way line of the <br />existing State Road Outfall Ditch; run West a distance of 390'; <br />thence continue in a generally Northwesterly direction along <br />the South right-of-way line of the existing State Road Outfall <br />Ditch a distance of 755'; thence run generally Southeasterly <br />on a line parallel to the east right-of-way line of U. S. <br />Highway #1 a distance of 210'; thence run westerly approximately <br />2770, c. 135' to the east right-of-way line of U. S. Highway <br />#1; thence run in a generally Southeasterly direction along <br />said right-of-way of U. S. Highway #1 a distance of 480'; <br />thence run East 130'; thence run in a generally Southeasterly <br />direction on a line parallel to the east right-of-way line of <br />U. S. Highway #1 a distance of 317'; thence West 25'; thence <br />run in a generally Southeasterly direction on a line parallel <br />to the East right-of-way of U. S. Highway #1 a distance of <br />100'; thence run East along the South line of the NE'.; of <br />Section 31, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, a distance of <br />590' to Point of Beginning; said point being 767' West of the <br />Southeast corner of the NE -I, of Section 31, Township 33 South, <br />Range 40 East; said land lying and being in Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial to R-1MP Mobile Home Park District. <br />
