, <br />�vSY!''R1n{y`Q+f`,�f1'MM',�+A\i+�Mi.t1-nom,•, �..,'P�+.n.�.'-�2. �. i.:. .' . - th.s,. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 78_21 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />r <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning -Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />That part of the South 165 feet of the South Z of the South <br />East ; of the North East ; of Section 20, Township 31 South, <br />Range 39 East, lying West of U. S. 1,.more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />For a Point of Beginning, begin at the South West corner of <br />the South z of the,South East o of the North East a of <br />said Section 20; thence run North 165 feet; thence run East <br />1104.75 feet to West right of way of U. S. 1 Highway, thence <br />Southeasterly along said right of way 184.72 feet; thence <br />West 1188 feet to Point of beginning, LESS right of way of <br />Florida East Coast Railway. <br />- Be changed from C-1 to R -IMP District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect July 24, 1978. <br />
