ORDINANCE NO. 79-12 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone <br />the hereinafter described property and pursuent thereto held a publric <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and <br />citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE 1T ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioner•, of Indian <br />River County, that the Zoning 'Ordinance of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as inflows: <br />1.
