ORDINANCE NO. 78-15 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, dial publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties <br />in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The North a of the South z of Section 16, Township <br />32 South Range 39 East, and <br />The NAV ; of the SAV 41 and that part of the SAV 4 of <br />the SAV lying North of the North Relief Canal, in <br />Section 15, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />Subject to taxes subsequent to 1971 and subject to all <br />easements, restrictions and reservations of record. <br />Be changed from R-1 Residential to A -Agricultural <br />District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth <br />and described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect June 26, 1978. <br />
