ORDINANCE NO. _ 74_2 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties <br />in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />the following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All that part of Tract 10, in Section 4, Township <br />33 South, Range 39 East, North of the Main Outfall Canal <br />of the Indian River Farms Drainage District, according <br />to the last general plat of lands of Indian River Farms <br />Company, filed in Plat Book 2, page 25, of the public <br />records of St. Lucie County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT <br />the West 370 feet thereof, AND LESS AND EXCEPT the part <br />conveyed to the State of Florida for road right of way <br />by the deed recorded in Official Record Book 293, page 454. <br />Be changed from R-1 Residential District to C -1A Restricted <br />Commercial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect January 29, 1979. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />INDIAN RIVES C J,\ry <br />THIS <br />THIS IS <br />OF <br />IN THIS <br />Ii T, CLEkK <br />DA TE _ D.C, <br />s--�9 <br />
