ORDINANCE NO. 79-9 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the herein- <br />after described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in <br />relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, <br />and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map•be changed in order that the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, <br />to -wit: <br />The west of the NWS of the SW' of the NWS of <br />Section 18, Township 33 South, Range 40 East <br />AND <br />The east h of the NW' of the SW' of the NWS of <br />Section 18, Township 33 South, Range 40 East <br />Be changed from R -1A Single Family Residential District <br />to R -2C Multiple Family Residential District; <br />AN D <br />The South 150 feet, less a parcel being the West 660 feet <br />parallel with the center line of U. S. Highway No. 1, of <br />the NWS of the Sh of the SES of the NES lying East of <br />U. S.
