ORDINANCE NO. 78-30
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, -
<br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the herein-
<br />after described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in
<br />relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />described property situated in Indian River County, Florida,
<br />to -wit:
<br />The North 160 feet of that part of the NE 3; of the SE Q east of
<br />FEC right of way except the East 27 feet thereof (2.45 acres).
<br />Section 13, Township 33, S, Range 39 East.
<br />That part of the NE 4 of the SE 4, East of the FEC right of way
<br />and North of the South relief canal, less road right of way,
<br />and less North 160 feet except the East 27 feet thereof (12.55
<br />acres).
<br />All of Government Lot 4 including riparian rights, Section 18,
<br />Township 33 S, Range 40 E, (68.46 acres).
<br />That part of the West 1of the NE 4 of SW 4, North of the South
<br />relief canal, and the NW 14 of SW 4 North of the South relief canal
<br />Section 18, Range 33 S, Range 40 E, (33.75 acres).
<br />EXCEPT, HOWEVER, THE WESTERLY 22 ACRES THEREOF.
<br />The N 2 of the SW ', of Lot 3, Section 18, Township 33 South,
<br />Range 40 East, as in Official Record Book 412, page 449
<br />(approximately 5.00 acres), and
<br />The E 1i of Lot 3, Section 18, Township 33 South, Range 40 East,
<br />as in Official Record Book 417, page 792 (approximately
<br />20 acres).
<br />The S )2 of Government Lots 1 and 2, Section 18, Township 33
<br />South, Range 40 East.
<br />Be changed from R -1A, R-1TM and C-1 Districts to R-2'C:Distr-ict.
<br />A'I1 with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
<br />in said Zoning Regulations.
<br />This Ordinance shall take effect October 9, 1978.
