.ar. a..A.... .. _ - ,yam _"'�s-y1,—. _ 1+:1..-+wWKubilf•-------sem. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 79-23 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone <br />the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a <br />public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and <br />citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The East 12.50 acres of the West 20 acres AND the <br />North 200 feet of the East 100 feet of the West <br />7.5 acres of Tract 1, Section 28, Township 32 South, <br />Range 39 East; said land lying and being in Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from R-2 Multiple Fancily District to M-1 Restricted <br />Industrial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect August 27, 1979. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THIS IS <br />A TRUE AND CORRECT COPY OF <br />THE ORIGINAL ON FILE IN THIS <br />OFFICE. <br />BY <br />DATE <br />FREDA WRIGHT, CLERK <br />a�a4a�rc neo D.C. <br />
