r <br />Commissioner Fletcher interjected that he had not read any <br />of the Minutes; he just did not get around to it and wanted the record to reflect <br />that he was not approving them without reading them. Commissioner <br />Fletcher complained he was just getting tired of reading the Minutes <br />when they were already on tape - he just ran out of time to read <br />the packet. <br />Commissioner Wodtke admitted that he did not read all the <br />Minutes either, at times, as it sometimes is difficult to do. <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved Tax Sale Certificate <br />No. 70 in the amount of $69.01, and No. 314 in the amount of $28.96 <br />for John R. Hensler. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved State Witness Payroll, <br />County Court, Term ending August 24, 1981, in the amount of $386.86; <br />Term ending September 16, 1981 in the amount of $177.26; and Term <br />ending September 30, 1981 in the amount of $128.81. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved State Witness Payroll, <br />Circuit Court, Spring Term, 1981, in the amounts of $188.80, <br />$189.56, and $42.20. <br />OCT19 1 BOOR 47 mu 6 <br />21 3 <br />
