It will give credence to the supporters of this project, <br />which number over 2,500. <br />4. There will be medical and emergency benefits. <br />5. The cost to continue the permitting process does not <br />appear to be exorbitant. <br />He stated that the Hospital Board would pledge to work closely with <br />the County and its staff to provide a cooperative effort; two <br />governmental bodies would be working together to truly benefit the <br />community. He commented that he would be willing to recommend to <br />the Hospital Board that they adopt a resolution to allocate some <br />of their existing funds to cover all or a portion of the costs out- <br />lined by the engineers for the project. Mr. Sorensen added that <br />the cost would take this project to the bidding process. He urged <br />the Board not to waste the money that has already been spent on this <br />project, and to consider the work and commitment made by past Commis- <br />sioners. Mr. Sorensen urged continuation of work on the project to <br />its natural conclusion, otherwise, he felt it would be unfair to <br />everyone involved. <br />
