These subdivisions do not extend to U.S.1 <br />because there is an existing mobile home park to the east. <br />Attorney Collins reported that a deed restriction <br />has been prepared making the owners responsible for <br />maintenance of the drainage and utility easements, which he <br />felt meets our intent and purposes, and he recommended <br />approval of the plats subject to recording of the deed <br />restriction. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously granted Final <br />Approval of the plat of Dixie Commercial Park Subdivision, <br />subject to recording of deed restriction as recommended by <br />Attorney. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously granted Final <br />Approval of the plat of M.C.C.
