He pointed out <br />that we have not received any written information from the <br />contractor as required in the contract. He noted that <br />sometime ago the contractor asked for 54 extra days on the <br />Administration Building; the architect responded and denied <br />the 54 days. Mr. Kontoulas again emphasized that there are <br />specific requirements as to what the contractor has to do <br />before we worry about extra days. He stated that we have not <br />authorized any days on any of these change orders, and the <br />architect states that the contractor has not qualified. <br />Attorney Collins asked if we could not ask the <br />contractor whether at this point he feels he is entitled to <br />any extra days, and Mr. Kontoulas did not feel we should <br />OCT 211991 aoo <br />6 9 417 PAGE 842 <br />
