ORDINANCE NO. 79-14
<br />WHEREAS, the hoard of County Commissioners of Iridian River
<br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone
<br />the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public
<br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and
<br />citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map he changed in order that the
<br />following described property situated in 'Indian River
<br />County, Florida, to -wit.
<br />All of that area which lies South of the City Limits of
<br />Sebastian, east of the east R/1..i line of Riversi;ie Avenue
<br />and West of the Indian River lying in Section 7, Township
<br />31 South, Range 39 East; less that ;Sart cf the South 179.89'
<br />of the North 430.50' of Government Lot I, Sec:_ on 7,
<br />Township 31 South, Range 39 cast., lying East ^,f Old U.S.
<br />Highway No. 1, (Indian Rive' Drive); said parcel having a
<br />frontage of 190' along said old U.S. Highway ?i.-. 1 (Indian
<br />River Drive). Lying and being in Iridian River County,
<br />Florida.

<br />That area which 1 ies east of the east R; ij line of
<br />Riverside Avenue, west of the Indian River, and north of
<br />the south boundary line of the unrecorded S:;bdivision of
<br />Rousseau Rivershores as described in record Book 196, pp.
<br />508, Indian River" County, Florida, lying in Section 8,
<br />Township 31 youth, Range 39 East, less parnel 5 as described
<br />in Record Bock 334, pp. 333 (Or. Bk. 4E7, pp. 453) in
<br />Rousseau Rivershores unrecorded Subdivision an in R. ?k. 196,
<br />pp. 508, Indian Rider Monty, Florida.
<br />Be rezoned From C-1 Commercial to R -"A Multiple Family
<br />District.

<br />That part of the Scuta 179.89' of the ;forth 430.50' of
<br />Government Lot 1, Sectioa 7, Township 31 .,cut)., Range 39
<br />East, lying East of Old U.S. Highav No. 1, (Ind-iar, -.iver
<br />Drive); said parcel having a frontage of 190' along said Old
<br />U. S. Highway So. I (Indan River Drive). Lying and being
<br />in Indian River County, Florida.
