ORDINANCE NO, 77- 37 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to zone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of • Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordixance•of Indian River County, Florida and the accompanying Zoning; Ma? be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following ..described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, more particularly identified as The Spoil Islands, herewith established in the Intracoastal Tidal Waters in the navigable waters lying within and off shorefrom any existing land bordering thereon in the County of Indian River, to be zoned to "MP" Marine Park District, Said 'Islands being defined in Resolution No. 77-37, attached and made a part of this Ordinance. Said Islands being zoned described as, commencing from the North boundary of Indian River County, Florida, as follows: ISLAND 1! 1 - A parcel of land lying in the Indian River in the SW 1/4 of Section 30, Township 30 South, Range 30 East, lying West of the Intracoastal Waterway, Southerly of Channel Marker "62" and Northwesterly Of Channel Marker "61", as designated on Nautical Chart 845 -SC.
