ORDINANCE NO. 76-15 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend- <br />ed changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public <br />hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citi- <br />zens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by'the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />ing property owned by Mrs. Habakkuk B. Whitfield, situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The North 660 feet of the following described property: <br />Commencing at a point 462.86 feet East of the N.W, corner <br />of Section 32, Township 31 -South, Range 39 -East, Run South <br />660 feet; thence East 424.28 feet; thence North 660 feet; <br />thence West 424.28 feet to Point of Beginning, Less State <br />Road 510 right-of-way. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District, to R-lE County <br />Estate District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and de- <br />scribed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect on the 29th day of July, 1976. <br />
