exceeding sixty (60) days or by both fine and imprisonment. Each day in <br />violation shall constitute a separate offense. The Board of County Commissioners <br />may bring suit to restrain, enjoin or otherwise prevent violation of this <br />Ordinance in the Circuit Court of Indian River County. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on December 27, 1977 <br />and be in effect for a period of one (1) year. All other Ordinances and <br />Amendments thereto that are in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby <br />repealed. <br />
