NOV4 <br />1981 <br />BOOK <br />� F,�r,E <br />that the County access <br />to the park will not be cut off <br />and <br />adding a request for cooperative policing. <br />Commissioner Wodtke commented that in the spirit of <br />cooperation, he felt it would be good to have a unanimous <br />decision, and therefore, he would vote for the Motion <br />although he would have preferred it to be a little <br />different. , <br />The Chairman called for the question. It was voted on <br />and carried unanimously. <br />Attorney Collins pointed out that the Town was going to <br />begin advertisement of the referendum and we need to <br />communicate with them promptly so that they only advertise <br />the property which has just been voted on. <br />Chairman Lyons left the meeting temporarily at 3:55 <br />o'clock P.M., and Commissioner Bird suggested a Motion <br />authorizing our Attorney to take action in the event the <br />Town does not agree with our proposal.
