800K ,q <br />`8 PAGE <br />Commissioner Wodtke wished to know what the plant's <br />current capacity for water and sewer is and what unused <br />capacity they have for the future. <br />Mr.-Fancher stated the current capacity of their water <br />plant is 360,000 gallon per day and the sewage treatment <br />plant has a 250,000 gallon capacity. There are presently <br />designs for increasing the capacity of both plants, but he <br />did not know exactly when that will occur, possibly 1982 or <br />1983. <br />Discussion continued as to finances. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard. There were none. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously closed the public <br />hearing. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by Commissioner <br />Scurlock, the Board unanimously adopted Resolution 81-101 <br />approving the advertised amendment of Main Extension Policy & <br />Service Availability Policy for General Development Utilities. <br />Said Resolution will be made a part of the Minutes when <br />received. <br />Commissioner Scurlock -wished to indicate that his -- <br />problems re the franchise have not been resolved and he <br />asked permission of the Commission to meet with <br />representatives of General Development Corporation to review <br />his questions re their franchise. The Board had no <br />objection. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />out -of -County travel for Commissioner Scurlock to confer <br />with General Development officials as discussed. <br />REPORT ON FLOOD INSURANCE <br />Chairman Lyons reported that he had a meeting with the <br />Flood Insurance people and determined that because people <br />were building in places they shouldn't be building, their <br />
