3. Paving Stone, block or similar type construction <br />shall be allowed subject to approvahl by the County <br />Engineer. <br />4. Solid Sod and/or grass placed on a stable, load <br />bearing type subgrade may be allowed for offsite <br />parking areas subject to infrequent use such as <br />weekly use characteristic of churches and similar <br />type functions, for equipment storage areas, <br />agricultural facilities, and other uses as approved <br />by the Indian River County Planning and Zoning Com- <br />mission pursuant to Site Plan Approval. The follow- <br />ing additional information shall be required as <br />supporting data accompanying such request: <br />a) Topographic map of the complete site. <br />b) Intended use of the site including frequency <br />of parking and type vehicle. <br />c) Location of ground water table during the <br />wettest season of the year. <br />d) Soil profile to a depth of 6-8' taken at 2 <br />locations minimal. <br />e) Maintenance program outlined for the parking <br />area as prepared by the owner. <br />f) Typical section of the parking lot area. <br />g) Complete drainage plan for the site. <br />Each request shall be subject to approval by the <br />Indian River County Planning and Zoning Commission <br />pursuant to Site Plan Approval. <br />5. Driveway Aprons constructed in the County Right-of- <br />way where a paved County road exists and connects <br />developments proposed for Site Plan Approval shall <br />be of the flexible pavement or rigid pavement design, <br />as specified in (f) 1. and (f) 2. above, and shall <br />be constructed only after receipt of an Indian River <br />County Department of Public Works Permit. <br />•6. All construction within the County Right-of-way and <br />as referred to in this section shall be to Indian <br />- 3 - <br />
