(11) Violations and Penalties. Section 111 is hereby amended <br />as follows: <br />"Any person, firm or corporation or agent who shall violate a <br />provision of this Code or fail to comply therewith or with any of the <br />provisions thereof, or violate a detailed statement or plans submitted and <br />approved thereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor in the second degree. <br />Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offence for each and <br />every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any provision <br />of this Code is committed or continued, and upon conviction in the Court <br />of Jurisdiction for any such violation such person shall be punished by <br />a fine or imprisonment as provided by State law for second degree mis- <br />demeanor violations." <br />Section II. <br />This Ordinance hereby repeals all Ordinances in conflict <br />herewith. <br />Section. III. <br />Effective Date.
