<br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication

<br />according to the last General Plat of Lands of
<br />the Indian River Farms Company, as recorded
<br />In Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of St.
<br />Lucie County, Florida, lying East of Interstate
<br />95 Highway and also, the North 9.03 acres of
<br />Tract 16 lying East of 1-95 in Section 3,
<br />Township 33 South, Range 38 East, according
<br />to the last General Plat of Lands of Indian
<br />River Farms Company,'filed in the Office of
<br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
<br />County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 25, said
<br />land now lying and being in Indian River

<br />Be rezoned from C-1 Commercial District to
<br />LM -1 Light Manufacturing District.
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />Board of County Commissioners in the Council
<br />Chamber of the City Hall, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida, on Wednesday, November 18, 1981, at
<br />1:30 P.M.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to insure that a verbatim
<br />record of the proceedings is made, which in-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which the
<br />appeal is based.

<br />required by Florida Statute 125.66, and copies of same are
<br />on file in the Office of the Clerk.
<br />Attorney Collins announced that the applicant, Ralph
<br />Evans, Trustee, was previously a member of his firm, and for
<br />this reason, he has hired Attorney Joseph Cianfrone to
<br />represent the County in this matter to avoid any possible
<br />conflict of interest.
