NOV 191991 UOK 48 PAV183 <br />Attorney Collins suggested that a Resolution be passed <br />amending the previous resolution creating the County <br />Transportation Planning Committee which would authorize the <br />voting member from Fellsmere to be either a member of the <br />Fellsmere City Council or a representative designated by the <br />City Council. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Fletcher, seconded by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 81-102 amending Resolution 81-81 as suggested by <br />the Attorney and including the wording "until such time as <br />they are able to find a Councilman to serve." <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-102 <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81-81 created a County Transporta- <br />tion Planning Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, one nontechnical voting member was specified to be <br />a member of the City of Fellsmere City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, no members of the City of Fellsmere City Council <br />are available to serve on said Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to have a member of the Fellsmere <br />community serving on said Committee, NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY -THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that -the nontechnical voting member <br />of the Transportation Planning Committee from the City of Fells - <br />mere may be a member of the Fellsmere City Council or a repre- <br />sentative designated by th'e City Council until such time as they <br />are able to find a Councilman to serve. <br />Attest: <br />tires.'. <br />Freda Wright, Clerk <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDT RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />PArick B.
