INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 62-22 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 80-13 SECTION 6, RATES AND CHARGES; INCREASING AND MODIFYING THE RATES AND CHARGES APPLICABLE TO THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE CODE; SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has determined that it is in the best interest of the citizens of Indian River County to provide a water and sewer system that is self sustaining and does not rely upon other sources of revenue, and WHEREAS, the County Commission has determined that a rate increase is necessary to meet the current obligations of the water and sewer system and the requirements of the bond resolu- tions issued as the basis of the financing for the system. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: SECTION 1. Indian River County Ordinance No. 80-13, Section 6, RATES AND CHARGES (a) Schedule. is hereby amended to read; (a) Schedule.
