ORDINANCE NO. 83- 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 80-17 AND SECTION 4-32 OF THE CODE <br />OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />AMENDMENTS TO STANDARD BUILDING CODE, DELETING THE <br />PROVISION THAT REQUIRES ONE-HALF OF THE REQUIRED <br />PERMIT FEE TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF FILING THE <br />APPLICATION, PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION IN CODE, <br />SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting in regular <br />session this 19th day of January, 1983, that; <br />SECTION 1. Indian River County Ordinance No. 80-17 <br />Section 8 is hereby amended so that the paragraph entitled, <br />SECTION 107.4, reads as follows; <br />Schedule of permit fees. Section 107.4 is amended to <br />read: <br />On all buildings, structures or alterations requiring a <br />building permit as set forth in Section 105, a fee shall be paid <br />in accordance with a schedule of fees as established by the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, by <br />resolution. All ordinances applicable in Indian River <br />County which are in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance <br />are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />SECTION 3. <br />INCORPORATION IN CODE. The provisions of this <br />Ordinance shall be incorporated into the County Code and the word <br />"ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article", or other <br />appropriate word, and the sections of this ordinance may be <br />renumbered or relettered to accomplish such intentions. <br />SECTION 4. <br />SEVERABILITY. If any section, part of a sentence, <br />paragraph, phrase or word of this Ordinance is for any reason held <br />to be unconstitutional inoperative or void, such holdings shall <br />not affect the remaining portions of this Ordinance; and it shall <br />-1- <br />CODING: Words in struek-through type are deletions from <br />existino law. <br />
