SECTION 10 <br />A new Section 13(A), entitled "RMH-3 and RMH-6: Mobile Home Residential Dis- <br />tricts", is hereby substituted in place thereof and shall read as follows: <br />SECTION 13(A). RMH-6 and RMH-8: MOBILE HOME RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS <br />A. PURPOSE AND INTENT. <br />The RMH-6 and RMH-8 mobile home residential districts are established to <br />implement the Indian River County Comprehensive Plan policies for allo- <br />cating mobile/manufactured home parks and subdivisions within areas des- <br />ignated either MD -1 or MXD, as designated on the Comprehensive Plan Land <br />Use Map. <br />The density of mobile/manufactured homes located within an area designated <br />mixed use (MXD) on the Comprehensive Plan Land use Map shall not exceed six <br />(6) units per acre pursuant to provisions of the Comprehensive Plan. The <br />density of mobile home residential development intended to be permitted <br />within the RMH-6 district is up to a maximum of six (6) units per acre. <br />The RMH-6 district is appropriate for mobile home development proposed for <br />areas designated MXD on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map. The RMH-8 <br />district is intended to accommodate a density up to maximum of eight (8) <br />units per acre, consistent with the MD -1 Comprehensive Plan designation. <br />B. PERMITTED USES. <br />In the RMH-6 and RMH-8, Mobile Home Residential Districts, no building or <br />structure shall be erected, altered or used, except for one or more of the <br />following. Site plan review shall be required for all uses pursuant to the <br />provisions of Section 23. <br />1. Residential Uses. <br />- Mobile Homes <br />2. Institutional Uses. <br />- Foster Care Facilities <br />3. Community Services Uses. <br />- Emergency Services <br />C. USES REOUIRING ADMINISTRATIVE PERMITS. <br />The following uses shall be permitted in the RMH-6 and RMH-8, Mobile Home <br />Residential Districts, subject to the specific use criteria established in <br />Section 25.1, "Regulations for Specific Land Uses" and review procedures <br />established in Section 25.2, "Review of Uses Requiring Administrative <br />Permits". <br />1. Institutional Uses. (Section 25.1(C)) <br />- Child Care or Adult Care Facilities <br />2. Recreational Uses. (Section 25.1(E)) <br />- Parks and Playgrounds Open to the Public <br />D. SPECIAL EXCEPTION USES. <br />The following uses may be permitted within the RMH-6 and RMH-8, Mobile Home <br />Residential Districts, subject to the specific use criteria established in <br />Section 25.1, "Regulations for Specific Land Uses" and review procedures <br />established in Section 25.3, "Regulation of Special Exception Uses". <br />1.
