a. Districts Requiring Administrative Permit: Small animal specialty <br />farms SNa—FT Fe permitted in the -1 district upon approval of an <br />administrative permit as provided in Section 25.2 and after meeting <br />the requirements defined below. <br />b. Additional Information Requirements: The site plan shall show <br />the location and nature of all structures and fenced areas containing <br />any animals, and all other information required in Section 23. <br />C. Criteria for Small Animal Specialty Farms: <br />i. The minimum lot area for such uses shall be five (5) acres. <br />ii. No structure of fenced area containing any animals being <br />raised, bred, or kept in connection with such use shall be <br />closer than seventy-five (75) feet to anylproperty line, <br />unless such structures are sound proofed. <br />10. Stables, Noncommercial: (Administrative Permit and Special Exception) <br />a. Districts Requiring Administrative Permit: Noncommercial stables <br />shall be allowed in the RFD district upon receiving approval for an <br />administrative permit as provided in Section 25.2 and after meeting <br />the requirements defined below. <br />b. Districts Requiring Special Exception: Noncommercial stables may <br />be allowed in the RS -1, RS -3, RS -6, RT -6, RM -3, RM -4, RM -6, RM -8, <br />RM -10 and RM -14 zoning districts upon receiving approval as a special <br />exception as provided in Section 25.3 and after meeting the require- <br />ments defined below. <br />C. Additional Information Requirements: The site plan shall show <br />the location of all existing and proposed structures and the location <br />of any fences, and all other information required in Section 23. <br />d. Criteria for Noncommercial Stables: <br />i. Noncommercial stables shall be allowed in non-agricultural <br />districts only as an accessory use. <br />ii. Such uses shall be located on lots having an area of no less <br />than two (2) acres. <br />iii. The number of horses shall not exceed one (1) per acre. <br />iv. There shall be a minimum setback of fifty (50) feet from any <br />property lines. <br />V. The applicant shall provide a fence which has a minimum <br />height of four (4) feet and totally encloses the area. <br />11. Tenant Dwellings: (Administrative Permit) <br />a. Districts Requiring Administrative Permit: Tenant dwellings <br />shall be allowed in the A-1 district upon receiving approval for an <br />administrative permit as provided in Section 25.2 and after meeting <br />the requirements defined below. <br />b. Additional Information Requirements: <br />A floor plan showing the size and dimension of all rooms. <br />ii. Proof that the facilities are being inhabited solely by the <br />individuals or families who work on the farm. <br />iii. Proof that the land upon which the tenant dwellings shall be <br />located is classified as agricultural land for purposes of <br />ad valorem tax assessment. <br />iv.
