<br />That on the 24th day of November, 1981, I delivered to
<br />The Leedy Corporation, the purchaser thereof, the following
<br />described obligations (the "Bonds") of Indian River County,
<br />Florida:

<br />1981, dated October 1, 1981, numbered con-
<br />secutively from one upward, in the de-
<br />nomination of $5,000 each, bearing
<br />interest (payable semiannually on April 1
<br />.and October 1 in each year) at the rate
<br />of thirteen and eighty hundredths per cen-
<br />tum (13.80%) per annum and maturing on
<br />October 1 of each year in the years and
<br />amounts as follows
