P.M., except as may be allowed in nonresidential zoning <br />districts. <br />iv. Required Improvements. All temporary real estate offices <br />shall e required to provide paved access to the site and <br />paved off-street parking, pursuant to the requirements of <br />Section 24. However, stabilized parking may be allowed if <br />approved administratively by the Director of Planning and <br />Development. The temporary real estate office shall also <br />satisfy all applicable landscaping requirements and shall <br />be served by water and wastewater services. <br />V. Minor Site Plan Approval Required. Minor site plan <br />approval, pursuant to Section 23, shall be required prior <br />to the issuance of a temporary permit. The site plan for <br />the use shall identify the required paved access and <br />parking areas, landscaping, water and wastewater service, <br />and all other improvements required for minor site plan <br />approval. <br />25. D HOME OCCUPATIONS <br />1. Authorizations <br />Home occupations are permitted in any dwelling unit subject to the <br />following provisions. <br />2. Definitions <br />For the purpose of this Ordinance the following definitions shall <br />apply unless the context otherwise requires. <br />Home Occupation. Any occupation or activity carried on within a <br />residential property, where the activity is conducted only by <br />members of the family living within the residence, where products <br />are not offered for sale from the premises, where no evidence of the <br />occupation is visible or audible from the exterior or the residen- <br />tial property, where traffic is not generated in excess of that <br />customary at residences and where no commercial vehicles are kept on <br />the premises or parked overnight on the premises unless otherwise <br />permitted by these regulations. <br />3. Authorized Home Occupations <br />The following home occupations shall be permitted uses, subject to <br />the requirements of this section and the respective zoning district. <br />a. Artists and sculptors. <br />b. Authors and composers. <br />C. Dressmakers, seamstresses and tailors. <br />d. Computer programming. <br />e. Home crafts, such as model making, rug weaving, lapidary work, <br />and ceramics. <br />f. Office facility of a minister, rabbi, priest or other similar <br />person associated with a religious organization. <br />g. Office facility of a salesman, sales representative, or man- <br />ufacturers representative, provided that no retail or wholesale <br />transactions are made on the premises. <br />h. Telephone answering services. <br />i. The renting of not more than one room for rooming or boarding <br />persons who are not transients. <br />j. Similar uses which do not involve retail or wholesale sales <br />transactions on the premises, employment of persons other than <br />-7- <br />
