certifying that the size, configuration and location of all <br />existing and proposed stormwater management improvements are <br />capable of retaining or detaining the first one inch of <br />rainfall on site. <br />4. Transitional property line grades. <br />5. Finished ground floor elevations. <br />6. The location and tracing of all legal positive outfalls to <br />be used by the site. <br />7. The depth and location of the out -of -season groundwater <br />table. <br />B. Size, configuration, and location of proposed stormwater <br />management tract. <br />Type "B" stormwater permit applications shall not be eligible for <br />preliminary drainage review. <br />2. Minor Site Plans <br />Minor site plans shall include the foilowing information regarding <br />drainage conditions and improvements: <br />1. One -foot interval contours based upon coast geodetic datum. <br />2. Proposed finished elevation of each building site and the first <br />floor level. A proposed grading plan, shall be submitted. <br />3. Proposed system for the orderly disposal of surface water runoff <br />with the system capabilities of having a minimum ability to <br />accommodate the first inch of runoff; all swales and retention <br />areas will be located with grades and elevations provided. <br />4. The size and grade of all existing and proposed drainage facil- <br />ities including culverts and pipes. <br />5. Centerline elevation of any street contiguous to the site <br />measured at the property lines extended. <br />6. Location and method of linkage with off-site drainage facil- <br />ities/ditches to acccxrrnodate the site's surface water run-off <br />outfall, including documents indicating legal access across <br />private property, if applicable. <br />7. Soil boring log showing representative soil types to a depth of <br />ten (10) feet. This requirement may be waived by the Public <br />Works Director. <br />B. Description of the existing pre -development drainage characteris- <br />tics of the land, including those areas contributing storm water <br />which passes through the site. <br />9. Proposed method(s) of erosion protection. <br />23.2 I. Traffic Impact Analysis. <br />All proposed developments which are determined to generate one thou- <br />sand (1,000) trips per day or more, or are located at a critical <br />transportation location, as determined by the Public Works Director, <br />shall submit a traffic impact analysis pursuant to the requirements of <br />Section 23.3(D)(2). <br />23.2 J. Additional Requirements. <br />The Planning and Development Director, Technical Review Committee, <br />Planning and Zoning Board or Board of County Commissioners may require <br />that additional information be provided in order to facilitate the <br />review of site plans.
