**ORDINANZ� ovd. 85- ** <br />J. Performance Standards for Nuisance Abatement <br />As established in Section 24.1, "Performance Standards for Nuisance Abate- <br />ment; Commercial and Industrial Uses". <br />K. Minimum Separation from Residential District <br />Where a nonresidential use within a MED district directly abuts a single <br />family or multi -family residential zoning district, a landscaped bufferyard <br />meeting the following specifications shall be required along the side <br />and/or rear property lines. <br />Single Family Multi -Family <br />Zoning District Zoning District <br />Minimum Separation 25 ft. 20 ft. <br />Screening Requirement Type A Type B <br />The bufferyard shall be measured at right angles to the lot line. All <br />screening requirements shall meet the standards established in Section 23. <br />No off-street parking or loading areas shall be permitted within the <br />bufferyard. <br />L. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. <br />All future subdivisions and site plans for developments within the MED <br />zoning district shall provide the following irproveaents, designed and <br />constructed to the requirements and specifications in the Code of Laws and <br />Ordinances of Indian River County and the State of Florida: <br />1. Bikeways (as specified in the County Bikerray Plan, as currently exists <br />or may hereafter be adopted). <br />2. Sidewalks. <br />3. Street lights. <br />-6- <br />
