Exterior lighting. Lighting plans shall be <br />provided (and implemented) which demonstrate <br />that no "spill over" from exterior light <br />sources shall fall onto either roadways or <br />residential zoning districts that are adiacent <br />to the project site. <br />3. Height limitations. Height limitations shall <br />apply to all structures within the pro'ect <br />site. <br />4. Signs and images. All formed and fashioned <br />images located outdoors (eq. representation <br />wnlcn are visible from an adjacent roadway or <br />residential zoning district shall be treated <br />as signs and shall be restricted by the zoning <br />code sign regulations.
