ORDINANCE #85 - 27 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />TEXT OF THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE <br />PLAN PROVIDING FOR ENLARGING THE 70 ACRE HOSPITAL/ <br />COMMERCIAL NODE AT THE INTERSECTION OF U.S.1 AND <br />ROSELAND ROAD TO 75 ACRES AND PROVIDING FOR <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />SECTION 1 <br />Page 35 of the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />SEBASTIAN/ROSELAND AREA <br />A seventy-five {49} (75) acre hospital commercial node is <br />located at the intersection of Roseland Road and U.S.1 adjacent <br />to the existing hospital. <br />SECTION 2 <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective <br />upon receipt from the Florida Secretary of State of official <br />acknowledgement that this ordinance has been filed with the <br />Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on the 27th day of 1+arch <br />1985. <br />BOARD OF COUN COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN E COUNTY <br />BY: <br />CK B.
