Gera(,hty & Miller, Inc. <br />SCriM= CF FEES FCR PRCFESSIGNPI SEI;VICES <br />Cctcber 1981 <br />The charges for services provided by C-eraghty & Miller, Inc., consist of: <br />(1) an hourly fee for any professional staff member actively working on a <br />project, (2) reimbursement* of expenses, and (3) reimbursement of <br />subcontractor's and other special costs. Bills covering the hourly <br />charges and expenses will be submitted for payment on a monthly basis, <br />unless some other arrangement has been agreed upon. <br />Fee ranges for various classifications of Geraghty & Miller, Inc., <br />personnel are indicated below and are subject to revision. <br />Principal <br />$100.00 <br />Vice President <br />80.00 <br />- 90.00 <br />Associate <br />70.00 <br />- 75.00 <br />Senior Scientist <br />50.00 - <br />70.00 <br />Senior Hydrogeologist <br />35.00 <br />- 50.00 <br />Hydrogeologist <br />25.00 <br />- 35.00 <br />Draftsman, Technician, and Research Assistant <br />20.00 - <br />35.D0 <br />,Reimbursable exrenses are c1hzrgeable at cost plus a 10 -percent handling <br />charge. These include travel costs, living expenses for personnel <br />required to be away from their home office in connection with the work, <br />rental cars, long distance telephone calls, telegrams and cables, copies, <br />prints or reports, shipping costs for samples and other materials, <br />expendable supplies purchased specifically for a project, and premiums <br />for insurance in addition to normal coverage when.required. mileage for <br />the use of personal cars is chzrged at 30 cents per mile. Mileage'for <br />project use of company-oFmed vehicles is charged at 35 cents per mile. <br />mSub-contractor charges, purchase or rental costs for special equipment <br />necessary for the work, and any other costs not associated wits normal <br />office overhead are billed at cost plus a handling charge of 15 percent. <br />DEC 2 199;40 <br />FATE nnn <br />39 <br />
