OEC 2 1981c - TOF <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY - PAYMENT VOUCHER <br />The Board considered the following memorandum: <br />TO: Jeff Barton ®ATE: November 19, 1981 F1 LE: <br />Director of Finance <br />SUBJECT: Execution of HUD Form 52681, <br />Voucher for Payment of <br />Annual Contributions <br />�7 <br />FROM: Edward J.,_aega REFERENCES: <br />It is recommended that the data herein presented be <br />given formal consideration by the County Commission. <br />In accord with the U.S. Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development regulations, our Section 8 Rental Housing <br />Assistance Program is required to submit a HUD Form 52681, <br />Voucher for Payment of Annual Contributions at the close <br />out of each fiscal year to the Regional Accounting Division <br />in Atlanta, Georgia for a year-end settlement. The state- <br />ment shows a balance due to the County of six thousand, <br />one hundred seventy-one and 00/100 dollars ($6,171). <br />We are also required to send a copy to the HUD <br />Jacksonville Office along with HUD Forms 52682, Operating <br />Statement; and Form 52595, Balance Sheet. <br />These reports were prepared by our Program Accounting <br />Clerk, and the Assistant Finance Director. They require the <br />approval of the County Finance Director. <br />I respectfully request the Board of County Commissioners <br />authorize the Chairman to execute HUD Form 52681. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, that the Board approve the HUD Forms 52682, <br />52595, and 52681, and authorize the signature of the Chairman for <br />Form 52681. <br />The Chairman called for the question. It was voted on <br />and carried with a vote of 4 to 1, with Commissioner Fletcher voting <br />in opposition. <br />
