CH: HEAVY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT -,--GF APPENDIXA <br />OF THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE, PROVIDING FOR THE <br />MANUFACTURE OF NON-METALLIC GASKETS IN THE CH DISTRICT, AND <br />PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; <br />CODIFICATION; SEVERABILITY; AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, a : <br />SECTION 1 <br />Section 20.1 (b) of Appendix A, the Zoning Code, Indian <br />River Countv Code of Laws and Ordinances is hereby amended <br />ft,) PERMITTED-USESs <br />In the CH, Heavy Commercial District, no building <br />or structure shall be erected, altered or used, <br />except for one or more of the following. Outdoor <br />storage shall be prohibited within a CH district, <br />except as otherwise provided in this section. <br />Site Plan review shall e required tor all uses, <br />pursuant to the provisions of section 23. <br />1. Agricultural Uses: <br />Farm Equipment and Supplies. <br />Landscaping Services. <br />Plant Nurseries and Greenhouses. <br />Institutional Uses: <br />Civic and Social Membership <br />3. Community Service Uses: <br />Cultural and Civic Facilities. <br />Emergency Services. <br />Government Administration FdUilitie. <br />Post Offices. <br />schools—,Busmess-and-Co-l3-egia . <br />4. Recreational Uses: <br />Parks and Playgrounds Open to the Public. <br />5. Commercial Uses: <br />a. Business Services. <br />b. Commercial ervices. <br />c.
