CH: HEAVY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT -,--GF APPENDIXA <br />OF THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE, PROVIDING FOR THE <br />MANUFACTURE OF NON-METALLIC GASKETS IN THE CH DISTRICT, AND <br />PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; <br />CODIFICATION; SEVERABILITY; AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, a : <br />SECTION 1 <br />Section 20.1 (b) of Appendix A, the Zoning Code, Indian <br />River Countv Code of Laws and Ordinances is hereby amended <br />ft,) PERMITTED-USESs <br />In the CH, Heavy Commercial District, no building <br />or structure shall be erected, altered or used, <br />except for one or more of the following.
