WABASSO AREA <br />A one hundred fifty (150) acre ccr-i-ercial/industrial <br />node is located at the intersection of S.R. 510 and U.S. 41. <br />Fiffty (50) acres is allocated for industrial uses while <br />eighty (80) acres is allocated for commercial uses. <br />Residential development may be permitted in this node. <br />WINTER BEACH/GIFFORD AREA <br />Four industrial nodes are located in the Winter Beach/ <br />Gifford area. A fifty (50) acre node is located at the <br />intersection of U.S.#1 and Hobart Road. A hundred (100) <br />acre node is located on South Winter Beach Road, west of the <br />Florida East Coast -Railroad right-of-way. <br />A hundred (100) acre node- in the Gifford area is <br />located west of U.S.#1 to H, south of the North <br />Relief Canal to Lindsey Road. <br />A fifty (50) acre node is located east of U.S.#1 <br />between North Gifford Road and South Gifford Road. <br />An eighty (80) acre general commercial node is located <br />on the east side of U.S.#1 at the proposed intersection of <br />Storm Grove Road. Residential uses may be permitted within <br />this node. <br />A one hundred thirty (130) acre hospital commercial <br />node is located north of the present Indian River Hospital <br />along 37th Street (Barber Avenue). Commercial uses related <br />to the needs of the hospital shall be the primary use <br />permitted as well as residential uses. <br />S.R.60 AND KINGS HGHWAY TO 43RD AVENUE <br />A ninety (90) acre commercial node is located at the <br />S.R.60 and Kings Highway intersection and extends eastward <br />to 43rd Avenue between S.R.60 and the main relief canal. <br />Residential use may be permitted within this node. <br />44 48 PAGE 530 <br />JAN 61982 18 <br />
