Mr. Gagliardi approached the Board and explained <br />that his property adjoins a sand blasting plant on U.S. #1 <br />and in a week's time there would be sand on the road. He <br />was hoping not to have to pave the parking lot in order to <br />keep the costs down. <br />A brief discussion followed on the matter.. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, that the Board approve a six-month <br />2 - <br />extension from today's date of the site plan for Mr. <br />Gagliardi. <br />Mr. Gagliardi, stated that he would pave the <br />parking lot if that- would be the only way he could get an <br />extension. <br />The Chairman called for the question. Rosskamp to Neil <br />County Administrator Nelson, dated November 19, <br />1981. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The applicant has filed an application to subdivide an approximately <br />10 acre parcel of land into 16 single family lots. The site is <br />located at the northeast corner of 43rd Avenue and 1st Street, S.W. <br />The property is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential (6 units/acre) <br />with the exception of a portion -of lots 9-16 which is zoned C-1, <br />Commercial.
