Attorney Tom Palmer, Indian River Drive, came <br />before the Board and asked Attorney Brandenburg to clarify <br />several items concerning site plan approval and agricultural <br />fringe areas. <br />Frank Zorc, 20th Avenue, approached the Board and <br />also asked clarification of the items concerning site plan <br />approval. <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained that a site plan <br />that had been approved, as of today, could continue and be <br />developed fully. <br />Discussion followed about mobile/manufactured <br />homes. <br />Mr. Zorc felt there were two different density <br />factors regarding the Mixed Use Classification. <br />Discussion followed. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously agreed to extend <br />the meeting for 15 minutes. <br />Chairman Scurlock noted that the Board had a very <br />thorough discussion and he was not willing to change the <br />Land Use Element any further. The Board agreed. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Bird, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously agreed to close <br />the public hearing. <br />Commissioner Fletcher asked if the Attorney felt <br />comfortable that the Board would be adopting the Land Use <br />Element dated 1-5-82 and the hearing is 1-6-82. <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained that this document <br />has been subject to numerous public hearings and the purpose <br />of the latest draft, dated 1-5-82, was to correct some <br />typing errors. He affirmed that he did feel comfortable <br />with the Land Use Element.
