ORDINANCE NO. 89- 17 <br />Sec. 1-155. Review of administrative change. The <br />Administrative Aide to the Board of County Commissioners <br />shall schedule for the Board's agenda a review of this <br />administrative change during January, 1989. The Board of <br />County Commissioners may then review the functioning of this <br />new administrative directive and may make any changes it so <br />desires." <br />SECTION 3. INCORPORATION IN CODE <br />-------------------------------- <br />This ordinance shall be incorporated into the Code of <br />Ordinances of Indian River County and the word "ordinance" <br />may be changedto 'sec -ion ' rficle tF or oilier approprt`ate <br />word and the sections of this ordinance may be renumbered or <br />relettered to accomplish such purposes. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />------------------------- <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective <br />upon receipt from the Secretary of the State of Florida of <br />official acknowledgment that this ordinance has been filed <br />with the Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, on this <br />20th day of --June ------ 1989. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press <br />Journal on the 30thday of - May --------, 1989, for a public <br />hearing to b—ehel- on the 0th day of—Jun-e —1989, <br />at which time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />- Bowman seconded by Commissioner Bird -A- and adopted by <br />the following vote: <br />Charman Gary C.
