INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 85- 11 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE <br />X; ADOPTING THE STANDARD SWIMMING POOL CODE, 1982 <br />EDITION; AMENDING THE STANDARD SWIMMING POOL CODE; <br />PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION IN CODE; SEVERABILITY; <br />AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />SECTION 1. <br />Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances Chapter <br />4, Article X is hereby created to read as follows: <br />The Standard Swimming Pool Code, 1982 Edition, as <br />published by the Southern Building Code Congress <br />International, Incorporated, is hereby adopted by <br />Indian River County as the Swimming Pool Code for <br />Indian River County, Florida, with such modifi- <br />cations as may be set forth hereinafter or by <br />further County ordinance. <br />SECTION 2. <br />AMENDMENT TO STANDARD SWIMMING POOL CODE. <br />COST OF PERMIT. The schedule of fees as contained <br />within Section 105.4 is hereby deleted and the following language <br />shall be substituted: <br />The County Commission shall, by resolution, set all <br />fees to be charged for permits obtained under this <br />ordinance. <br />SECTION 3. <br />INCORPORATION IN CODE. <br />This ordinance shall be incorporated into the Code of <br />Laws and Ordinances of Indian River County and the word <br />"ordinance" may be changed to "section," "article," or other <br />appropriate word and the sections of this ordinance may be <br />renumbered or relettered to accomplish such purposes. <br />SECTION 4. <br />SEVERABILITY. <br />If any section, or if any sentence, paragraph, phrase, <br />or word of this ordinance is for any reason held to be <br />-1- <br />
