be construed or deemed to impose a mandatory requirement upon <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />to provide office space, staff or funding for said Advisory Board. <br />However, the Board of County Commissioners may, if it deems advis- <br />able, budget and provide for the expenditure of funds for such <br />Board. Such budgeting and expenditure of funds is declared a <br />valid County and public purpose. <br />Section 7. AUTHORITY OF MUNICIPALITIES TO ADOPT CODES <br />7.01 Each municipality within the County is hereby granted <br />the same authority to adopt and enforce a code of rules and <br />regulations as that granted to the County Commission herein. <br />Section 8. FLORIDA MOBILE HOME LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT <br />8.01 "The Florida Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Act", <br />Chapter 83, Part III, is hereby recognized as being the current <br />legislation providing statutory rights of mobile home owners and <br />mobile home park owners. <br />Section 9. SEVERABILITY <br />9.01 If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this <br />Ordinance is held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any Court <br />of competent jurisdiction, then said holding shall in no way <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. <br />Section 10. INCLUSION IN CODE <br />10.01 It is the intention of the Board of County Commission- <br />ers that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and he made <br />a part of the Indian River County Code and shall appear within <br />Chapter 16, Section 16-15 through 16-25, and that the Sections <br />of this Ordinance may be renumbered or relettered and the word <br />"ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article" or such other <br />appropriate word or phrase in order to accomplish such intentions. <br />Section 11.
