J. The preliminary assessment roll is on <br />file in the Office of the County Administrator <br />and is open to public inspection during normal <br />working hours. ' <br />Intersted. parties may appear and be heard <br />regarding the proposed assessments contained <br />in the preliminary assessment roll.
