ADDENDUM TO THE <br />MAIN AGREEMENT <br />DATED:September 16, 1981 <br />BETWEEN <br />CITY OF VERO BEACH <br />AND <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />toog 4 8 PA F 6.37 <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into the 16th day of <br />September <br />, 1981, by and between the CITY OF VERO BEACH, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of Florida, hereinafter refer- <br />red to as "City", and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision <br />of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as "County". <br />WITNESSETH, the County and City agree as follows: <br />Patagraph 6 of the main contract is hereby amended by adding <br />the following sentence at the point of interlineation.indicated <br />by the initials of the County and City on the main contract: <br />"In the event the County fails to meet the 6 month or 18 <br />month deadlines of the preceeding sentence, then the County <br />acknowledges that the City has the right to complete the improve- <br />ments shown in paragraph 6 as subparagraphs A, B, and C using the <br />funds approved for this purpose, and in this event the County <br />shall execute any documents and take any actions necessary to <br />accomplish this." <br />CITY OF VERO BEACH <br />(SEAL) <br />Approved as to form: <br />ar es P.
