<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone
<br />the hereinafter descr$bed property and pursuant thereto held a public
<br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens
<br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, and the accorgpanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows:
<br />1. That thq Zoning Map be changed in order that the
<br />followigg described property situated in Indian River
<br />County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />That part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
<br />of Section 20, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, lying East
<br />of U.S. Highway No. 1 and that part of Government lots 3 and
<br />4, Section 21, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, lying East
<br />of U.S. Highway No. 1, less the South 215 feet thereof
<br />AND ALSO
<br />That part of the South one half of Government lot 2, Section
<br />21, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, described as follows,
<br />to -wit: Commence at a point on the South line of said
<br />Government lot 2 where the same is intersected by the East
<br />boundary line of Palmetto Avenue, a dedicated street in
<br />Tropicana Homesites, a subdivision of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, as per plat thereof in Plat Book 4, page 20, Public
<br />-Records of Indian River County, Florida; said point being the
<br />Southeast corner of the subdivision as set forth in said plat;
<br />thence run Easterly along the South boundary line of said
<br />Government lot 2 a distance of 210 feet to the Point of
<br />Beginning. From said Point of Beginning, thence run Northerly
<br />parallel to the West boundary line of said Government lot 2
<br />a distance of 460 feet; thence Easterly and paralled to the
<br />South boundary line of said Government lot 2 a distance of
<br />140 feet; thence Northerly and parallel to the West boundary
<br />line of Government lot 2 a distance of 200 feet, more or
<br />less, to the North boundary line of the South half of
<br />Government lot 2, Section 21, Township 31 South, Range 39 East;
<br />thence Easterly and parallel to the South boundary line of
<br />said Government lot 2 to the West shore of the Indian River;
<br />thence Southeasterly meandering to the West shore of the Indian
<br />River to its point of intersection with the South boundary
<br />line of said Government lot 2; thence Westerly along the South
<br />boundary line of Government lot 2 to the point of beginning,
<br />LESS the North 10 feet thereof previously conveyed to the State
<br />of Florida in Official Record Book 5, page 24, Indian River
<br />County, Florida, records. TOGETHER WITH an easement for
<br />ingress and egress to and from the above described property
<br />to and from Palmetto Avenue, the dedicated street in Tropicana
<br />Homesites described in this instrument, on and over that part
<br />of the South half of Government lot 2, Section 21, Township 31
<br />South, Range 39 East, which would be an extension Easterly of
<br />the two other dedicated streets in said subdivision entitled
<br />North Tropicana Drive and South Tropicana Drive on said plat
<br />of said subdivision, all as shown in Plat Book 4, page 20.
<br />Said easements extending Easterly from Palmetto Avenue to
<br />the property herein conveyed.
