But it is a <br />private yacht club, and that's what we want to <br />distinguish this evening. <br />As Steve indicated, and as some of your <br />staff has indicated, we have had numerous meetings <br />in trying to work out a program to get the site <br />plan before you.. A yacht club, such as this requires <br />a great deal of (blank) because of the veru <br />nature of it. It's on navigable waters or public <br />waters.. <br />In connection with this particular one, <br />this particular one in Indian River County,'it's <br />within what's called Class II waters, Mary Jane <br />has some difficulty with one point, in what <br />constituted Class II waters. We have been trying <br />to help the staff in determining what could ao into <br />Glass II waters, what was allowed in Class II waters, <br />and things of this nature. We are trying - to be as <br />objective as we'can. When I say, "we," I am talking <br />about the consultants and the men that I would like <br />to introduce as consultants. You have met one of <br />them, and at this point, I think it would be good <br />to let you know the group of people who are <br />here tonight, some of them, anyway.
