They can't grant <br />approval, but they did indicate that in this <br />Chapter 17-3 and Chapter 17-4, which is the permitting <br />ordinance of the DER, that as long as you show you <br />are not going to degrade the water, the Came and <br />Fish.people indicated, as long as you are not going <br />to interfere with any existing or potential shellfish <br />bed, but if you meet those requirements, a permit <br />
