wire in any attic, crawl space, or within the dead space area of <br />any wall or other area not readily accessible or involving ex- <br />cessive time, care or expertise, or which requires the use of more <br />than two hundred (200) feet of standard lead—in cable or of <br />additional amplification equipment on the subscriber's property in <br />order to provide proper service. <br />N. "Fiscal Period" shall mean a period of one year, <br />beginning and ending dates of which shall be set by the licensee <br />and shall be stated on the license. Fiscal periods of licensee, <br />established prior to the date of this Amendment shall remain un- <br />changed until a different fiscal period is required by the licen- <br />see and approved by the Board of County Commisssioners. The <br />County shall not unreasonably withhold such approval. <br />ARTICLE III <br />SECTION 3. LICENSE REQUIRED <br />Any individual, partnership, corporation or other entity <br />desiring to install and operate any cable television system in the <br />unincorporated area of Indian River County shall apply to the <br />Board of County Commissioners for a license pursuant to this <br />Ordinance. The license shall be for a period up to twenty (20) <br />years and shall be non-exclusive and may contain provisions for <br />renewal for additional periods. It shall grant the privilege to <br />install, construct, maintain and operate a CATV system of <br />origination, transmission and distribution of electronic signals by <br />cable and associated and similar devices including installation <br />along, under, over, through, across and upon the public rights of <br />way in accordance with the additional requirements of this <br />Ordinance throughout the area which is described in the license and <br />for which approval has been received. <br />Any individual, partnership, corporation or other entity <br />desiring to install and operate any cable television system in the <br />incorporated areas of Indian River County shall apply to the Board <br />of County Commissioners for a permit, granting the privilege to <br />install, construct, maintain and operate a CATV system or origina- <br />tion, transmission and distribution of electronic signals by cable <br />and associated and similar devices along, under, over, through, <br />-5- <br />
