Wednesday, February 17, 1982 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, February 17, 1982, at 8:30 o'clock A.M. <br />Present were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Alfred Grover <br />Fletcher, Vice Chairman; Dick Bird; Patrick B. Lyons, and <br />William C. Wodtke, Jr. Also present were Neil A. Nelson, <br />County Administrator; L. S. "Tommy" Thomas, Inter- <br />governmental Coordinator; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the <br />Board of County Commissioners; Jeffrey K. Barton, Finance <br />Director, Dan Fleischman, Bailiff; and Virginia Hargreaves <br />and Janice Caldwell, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Attorney Brandenburg led the Pledge of Allegiance to <br />the Flag, and Rev. Robert Dickinson, Asbury United Methodist <br />Church, gave the invocation. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />December 16, 1981. <br />Commissioner Fletcher requested that the Motion on Page <br />82 approving an impact fee re the Pebble Bay sewer system be <br />corrected to reflect that the vote was 4 to 1 with <br />Commissioner Fletcher voting in opposition. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 16, 1981, as <br />corrected. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions -or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January <br />6, 1982. <br />FEB 171982 <br />ROOK 4 <br />n`:•.r830 <br />f eiyi, <br />
