FEB 171982ego' 48 <br />-2- <br />Agreement in full compliance with the terms and conditions of Chapter <br />257, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 1B-2, Florida Administrative Code, <br />relating to free public library service, and to provide access to <br />financial records when an audit review is deemed necessary by the <br />DIVISION. <br />II <br />The DIVISION, for and in consideration of the COUNTY performance <br />hereinunder, awards an operating grant in the amount of fourteen thousand, <br />one hundred and seventy-nine dollars <br />($ 14,179 ), to be releasedin quarterly allotments, in accordanee <br />with the schedule set forth in ATTACHMENT A. <br />IN WITNESSETH WHEREOF, the parties hereto have agreed and executed <br />the Agreement the date and year first above written. <br />ATTEST: <br />George Firestone <br />Secretary of State <br />State of Florida <br />Clerk of the Circ Court Chairman, Board of County Cossioners <br />14 <br />
