FEB 171982 ma .4g PA3E. <br />Indian River County is currently involved in some Eminent Domain <br />proceedings and in all likelihood involvement in this area of law <br />will expand in the future. <br />The cost of this seminar is $55.00 plus travel in a County vehicle <br />and one night's lodging. The County Attorney requests travel <br />approval to attend this seminar. <br />Respecfully/submi --ted, <br />Gy, Brandenburj' <br />Attorney Brandenburg discussed procedure regarding <br />out -of -County travel for future requests and the Board <br />recommended they be put on 'the Consent Agenda. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Lyons, the Board unanimously approved out -of -County <br />travel for the County Attorney to attend the Continuing <br />Legal Education Seminar re Eminent Domain in Jacksonville, <br />Florida on March 19, 1982. <br />INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, that the Board adopt Resolution 82-34 <br />approving the Industrial Development Revenue Bonds, and <br />the signature of the Chairman. <br />The Chairman called for the question. It was voted on <br />and carried with a vote of 4 to 1, with Commissioner Fletcher <br />voting in opposition. _ <br />Resolution 82-34 will be made a part of the Minutes <br />when received. <br />PEBBLE BAY SEWERAGE AREA WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, that the Board adopt Resolution 82-35 <br />approving and authorizing the signature of the Chairman <br />on contract documents for Pebble Bay Sewerage Area Waste- <br />water System Improvements. <br />56 <br />
